TRANSACTION PROCESS

Technical specifications, Certificate of Analysis (CoA) sample, and full contract terms are made available upon receipt of an initial Inquiry / LOI from a verifiable buyer.

FCO & SPA Terms: We coordinate FCO and SPA terms directly with the supplier.

Financial Instrument: Buyer arranges agreed payment instrument (DLC / SBLC) per supplier requirements.

CIF Logistics: Shipment executed under CIF terms to buyer's destination port.
